The Detroit YMCA Association began its EnhanceFitness partnership by hosting a New Instuctor Training. With support from the Michigan Department of Community Health Arthritis Program, three branches will be implementing the program at Community Partner Sites soon. The training was held and the beautiful Boll Family YMCA in downtown Detroit. The studios were gorgeous with beautiful windows and lots of light. I look forward to training again at this awesome Y!!
